The chime alert on my iPhone and iPad has ceased to function on my ring doorbell 2. I’ve tried all the fixes but none seem to work. Is there a workable fix for this as it’s pointless when away from home and not to receive security alerts.
Hi @user36408. I’d suggest starting with the troubleshooting steps here for notifications on Apple iOS devices. Additionally, make sure you don’t have your phone or tablet on Silent Mode or on Do Not Disturb, as you won’t hear an audible alert for notifications in that case.
