Hi @Isaacd. Can you please clarify which model of Doorbell you have? You can find this information on the original box or on the back of the device itself. Additionally, what status is it reporting for the power under the Device Health screen? I’d be happy to take a look and offer some helpful suggestions once I have a bit more information.
