No charge and no live feed

Old unit quit and the new unit is doing the same thing.

Unit is not charging on hardwired power.

Live feed and notifications also not working. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Hi @Nochargenolivefeed. For Live View concerns, a good starting place is our Community Post on common causes and solutions here. I’d suggest checking through there as you may be able to find a solution for why the Live View isn’t working properly there. As for the notifications, you can find troubleshooting steps for Android devices in our Help Center Article here and for iOS devices here.
