No camera view in history

I have just noticed that when I look at history on doorbell there is no video/picture, it’s only noise

Hi @user33288. If you have just a black screen with audio for your recordings, try the following steps:

Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app.
Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
Verify your Doorbell has a good signal strength.
Disable any active VPNs.
