No audio to doorbell

I can hear visitors on the app but they cannot hear me
Mic permissions are enabled
Restarted phone
Reinstalled Ring app
Audio works both ways on alexia device
But nothing from my phone?

Hi @Syph013. When you access Live View, make sure you tap the green microphone icon in the bottom left to ensure the two-way audio is enabled. If it’s still not working, then you may need to reach out to your cell phone provider for further assistance since the audio is working on other devices.There may be some settings that need to be adjusted on your phone, or the OS may need to be updated.
