Having checked my privacy settings to record audio on doorbell cam and floodlight cam no audio is being recorded. Have checked shared access to other cameras these also have audio switched off, any suggestions?
Great call on checking your Privacy Audio Settings! Please also ensure there is no VPN enabled on your mobile device. If this is your first time setting up the Ring device, and there’s never been audio, check your network ports and protocols.
