I’m not getting alerts from my ring app, and the dashboard is inoperable.
Hey @nakay30. Could you try removing the Ring app from your phone, rebooting your phone and then reinstalling the app? Once reinstalled, make sure to log in and allow notifications, and let me know what’s going on with your Dashboard in more detail if you still notice concerns there.
