My settings are on. All of them. However, my doorbell pick up no motion detection between 12am - 6am.
Hi @Jenifer. I would recommend checking and making sure you don’t have a Motion Schedule on from 12 AM to 6 AM, which would prevent any alerts from going through during that time. After checking the Motion Schedule, have you tried triggering a test event during this time frame to see if your Doorbell responds? You can trigger a test event by walking in front of the Doorbell during this time to see if you receive a notification.
