I’ve just purchased the new video doorbell wired and the night vision is either not coming on or very poor and you can’t see anything, any thoughts?
Hi there, @JonL! All of our Video Doorbells feature night vision that should help with your view in low light conditions. If your videos are looking too dark, please ensure the Video Doorbell is not in an enclosed area and there are not immediate obstructions to the view (furniture, plant, walls).
There are times when ambient lighting in a dark area could help, if the environment is too dark. I recommend double checking the Color Night Vision features. Feel free to check out our help center article for more night vision troubleshooting tips. I hope this helps!
Where do I find the option for night vision on the app? I have the same issue and I don’t see the option. Thanks!
