Our camera is only a month and a half old and our night vision has stopped working. We have reset the camera, unplugged the camera and tried shining a bright light into it. Nothing seems to help. How do I go about getting this replaced? I know it must be under warranty.
Hi @Tim813mosh. What model camera are you having issues with? Can you share a screenshot of what the camera is seeing at night? Is this an inside or outside device and is it in front of a window?
