2 wired cameras indoors. Settings are identical on both. One is illuminating in the dark, other is not. Why?
Good question @beejaykc! If the settings are identical on both, the next thing to consider would be the environment. One area may differ from another in regards to terrain, objects in view, and illumination. Lens adjustment can be further assisted by altering lighting and the physical angle of the Cam. If they are both in the same exact place, or this concern is persisting regardless of adjustments, I recommend reaching out to our support team, at 800-656-1918, for the best next steps.
