  Hi @user48465. Once you subscribe to a [Ring Protect plan](https://ring.com/protect-plans), any events recorded after that should be viewable in the Event History. Events that occurred before you subscribed to the plan will not be viewable, and any videos that are deleted are not recoverable. If you've subscribed to a plan but it's not allowing you to view videos of any events that happened after, I'd suggest following up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for assistance.
