New Stickup cam pro wired - plugin ISSUE

Hi,
I just installed 2 stickup cam pro’s plug-in today that one of my two stick-up cameras has a symbol signifying that it was not connected to power.
I tried troubleshooting it by switching it to Battery Mode and then attempting to switch it back to Wired Mode even holding down the orange button down for 15sec with no luck.
So some reason it thinks that it is connected to a solar panel aswell.
Other than that so far the camera are working.
I would really appreciate some feedback.

Hi @Oz458. You can perform a full reset by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, try walking the Stick Up Cam through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
