New stick up camera "stopped receiving power"

I received a replacement stick up camera a few days ago and it’s having the same issue as the old one. There is a red symbol saying it’s not powered and device health says it’s connected to solar power but I don’t have a solar panel. The old stick up camera had a battery stuck inside and the power drained when I temporarily moved the camera indoors, so I sent it back and got a replacement. It has no battery at all, but I also got an email warning the battery is low. The camera is working and I’m confident there’s no electrical issue in my house.

Hi @Danny8890. If you have your Stick Up Cam wired but it’s not detecting it in the Ring app, it is going to be related to this Community post. There is a marked solution that informs you on what to do if you are still experiencing this concern.
