The new camera is not shown on my old app
It works become detects the movement but after I leave the live session it is not showing on home page

Hi @Jkremens. If the Camera is online, but you’re unable to see it on your Ring app dashboard, you might be on the wrong location. Follow the steps here in this Help Center article to get your correct location showing on your Ring App. Let me know if this helps!
