New router, cameras won't connect.

I understand this question has been answered before, but pressing the button is not working for me. I get a message saying it is asking to join the Ring network, I select join, but then I get a message saying it is unable to join. I got a new router, and I got my doorbell hooked up just fine, but not my cameras. I have tried numerous times. No, I can’t change the name of my router to that of my previous router, because I do not have that information.

Hey @HHHana. Thanks for reaching out to the Community for this concern! Could you try resetting the camera and then seeing if this helps? For the reset, you’ll press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds. After this reset, try the setup again! If your phone is unable to join the Ring Setup Network AP still, could you try setting up the device from another phone or tablet that can have the Ring app? Let me know how this goes! :slight_smile:
