We can barely here the audio coming out of the doorbell and is pretty garbled. Same with reciving audio. It is a brand new unit we got for Christmas and installed on 2/2/2020. It is hard wired to power.
Hi @Ekko. I recommend to give the Doorbell a soft reset to see if this helps with the audio quality. For this, you will press and hold the setup button for 30 seconds. After this time, give the Doorbell a few minutes to reset itself, and then ding the Doorbell! This will be best to test with someone else who can be on the other side of the Doorbell while another person is inside, talking through the Live View.
If the audio quality is still garbled, please share the video in this thread so other neighbors can see what the quality is like to get a better idea of what you’re dealing with.
