Hi, I just bought a new Ring Camera. Unfortunately my camera isn’t turning on for some reason, even though the wiring is correct. Anyone know what the cause is?

Hi @imcorbin. Can you please let us know which model of Ring Camera you’re setting up? The device name will be on the original packaging, and on the back of the Camera itself. Knowing which device we’re working with will help us provide the appropriate troubleshooting steps.
