Had my ring 2 for a week or so and treated myself to a transformer to hardwire it
Fitted the adaptor and charged battery while it was being fitted
Dashboard shows as hardwired but battery is now @97% was @99%when I put it in
Live on a very quiet street and only activates when some is with a few metres of the door
Adaptor I used was this I’ve trimmed the cable to about 2metres
