Hi, I just purchased a new ex display ring 2 doorbell and when I tried to register it i am getting a message that it is already registered. I have contacted the seller and they have told me that they have never registered it. How do I get this resolved?
Hi @Drewster. There are a few options that you have. First, you can return your Doorbell to the retailer for a new unit. If that is not an option, you’ll have to contact our support team. Be sure to have the MAC ID of the device handy, as well as a copy of your proof of purchase. The support agent will be able to fill out some information and get this resolved for you.
