New Mobile won't connect


I have had to change my mobile phone, but Ring will not allow me to set up to my old device, as the e-mail addresses are the same and it gets rejected.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi @TimCH. Even though you are on a new phone, you will still want to sign into the same Ring account as before. Your Ring devices are attached to your email address rather than the phone, so as long as you sign into the same Ring account as before, you should be good to go. If you’ve forgotten your Ring account password, you can reset it by following the steps in this Help Center Article. I hope that helps! :slight_smile:

Unfortunately, whenever I log into Ring from the new phone it states that I have no device set up and it then won’t allow me to set up a new device.

I will delete the App and give it another go.
