I have a new Iphone 14 and the app no longer shows my my ring device on my new phone it keeps asking me to set up a new device
Hi @user73860. It is most likely that you have logged into a different account where you did not originally set up your Ring device. I would recommend trying to figure out what account you set up your Ring device on and logging into that account.
