We recently purchased an indoor cam and installed it 3 days ago. We noticed each morning on the live feed that the picture is in black and white and think it’s stuck on the night mode. I’ve rebooted it every day, but don’t feel this is an adequate solution. Can anyone help resolve this glitch?
Hi @arlywarly. Is the Indoor Cam located in a dark room? If there is not a lot of lighting in the room, the night vision may stay on, even in the morning, until there’s enough ambient lighting. If there’s enough lighting in the room, the night vision should turn off on its own.
