Today we moved into a new house . There’s already a Doorbells system installed on the door, and I don’t have the option to scan the QR code or get the code.
How can I set up the device without the QR?
Hi @Vali13. Congratulations on the new house! The QR code will be located on the back of the Ring Doorbell, or under the faceplate. You can remove the faceplate and remove the Ring Doorbell from the wall using a regular Phillips head screwdriver, and a star head screwdriver. The star head screwdriver is for the security screw specifically. This should allow you to set the Ring Doorbell up under your Ring account.
