New device and sharing problems

We already have a ring door bell at home. It’s on my account and I have shared it with my husband.

We have purchased another device for a different locations. He has set it up on his account and tried to share it with me. When I click on the link on the link the email it takes me to the app dashboard and nothing happens.

I have tried looking for a different location or device not nothing is there

Hi @Rlc2504. Try having the owner delete the Shared User, reboot your cell phone, then add the Shared User again. Make sure that the Shared User opens the email and follows the on-screen prompts. This should enable them to view the second Location on their Ring app. I hope this information helps!
