New device already registered

Trying to set up my doorbell which is new and it’s telling me that the device is already registered

Hi @A1scotland. Have you tried setting it up previously, or is this the first time you’re setting it up? Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App before attempting the setup process again. If you still receive the same message, can you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing? I’d be happy to take a look. :slight_smile:
