New customer frustration

Can anyone provide some insight on how the stupid log in works.

I’ve reset may password at least 4 times now even changed my email address.

I can log in perfectly fine on the desktop but not iOS app.

I just keep getting invalid credentials?
I’ve deleted the app and restarted the phone many times.

Even the mac app doesn’t work. Now thinking it Ring’s servers that aren’t working.

How often do the servers go down with Ring?

Seems to be very difficult to get support for someone in NZ
