New Cell Phone. Remove from old Cell Phone and Transfer to New Cell phone
Just sign in to the app on the new phone. Sign out on the old one before you get rid of it though.

Hi @Marlaj! It sounds like you might need to complete the Change of Ownership process if your device is stating it is owned. As long as you have access to the same email used for the Ring account on your old phone, you should be able to access the device on the same account. I hope this helps!
