New battery installed light won’t come on on bell. Doorbell not working AGAIN
Hi @KarynAnn. What model of Doorbell do you have? First ensure that the battery is fully charged, which does take approximately 8 hours. After inserting the fully charged battery, try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Then try setting it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn’t work, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They can take a closer look and offer more in-depth troubleshooting steps to help resolve this.
