New battery cam night vision not working. Works fine on nest doorbells at same location. Reset device and still broken.
Hi @ADDHGE! This image certainly looks dark. I recommend first checking to see if Color Night Vision is enabled in your Ring app. As a test, try also adding artificial light or even use a flashlight, to see if the adjustment is different in a low light environment. If your camera is a Spotlight Camera there should, of course, be lights illuminating the area during video. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
