My new basestation (2ndgen) dc is making a high frequent noise connecting to power. Right out of the box.
Impossible to keep it on. What to do?
Hi @Thofle. I suggest reaching out to our support team. Your Base Station should not be producing a noise outside of the siren/chirps. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
