New App Timeline Issues

Since the Forced switch to the timeline mode , My Samsung phone has constant issues when trying to view my stored video or live .

Ring app crashes or shows can’t connect .

any one else having these issues ?

Hey @MikeM66. For any issues concerning the Ring app, it is always best to try a fresh install to see if this fixes your concern. All you have to do is remove the Ring app from your phone, reboot your phone (turn it off/on) and then reinstall the app. Once logged in, you can also disable the Event History Timeline. You will see how to do so if you open up your main menu and tap on Account. From there, scroll down and disable Event History Timeline!
