New address and can not set up Ring cameras

We moved. We have 2 indoor cameras that we cannot set up. It says they are still registered to the owner. That’s me. And I cannot add another user because my app does not show any devices listed.

Hey @jlb. It sounds like you need to toggle to your old location and remove the devices first! For this, go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Select your location above Dashboard > toggle to old location > Main Menu > Devices > Go through the Indoor Cam one device at a time > Device Settings > General Settings > Remove this device! From there, you can set them up on the proper location!
