Never ending update (2nd gen)

Hi all, wondering if any of you have ran into the never ending update issue. My doorbell (2nd gen) will continue to “update” for hours and hours and never finish. It’s currently been flashing white for 12hrs. I’ve tried force closing the app, doing full reset of the doorbell (holding down orange button for 20 secs and it always leads me back to this. Anyone have any experience with this? It’s less than 2 years old

Hi @Jkant. Performing a full reset and then attempting the setup process is exactly what I would have suggested trying. One other thing you could try is attempt the setup on a different wifi network, such as a friend’s house, to see if that allows the firmware update to complete.
