No network for ring in settings of phone

Hi there, @Lynner1! It sounds like you are trying to complete a setup. During the setup, after confirming location, device type, and setup light blinking, the Ring device should broadcast its setup access point. Once it asks you to connect, this should be found in your wifi settings > wifi list in your mobile device. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device for best results. If the setup network is not showing in your mobile device wifi settings, try using another mobile device for this setup. A reset might also help, by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
