Network drops on Alarm Base Station

My Alarm Base Station frequently drops the network reverting to cellular backup until I manually reconnect by ‘choosing another network’ in settings.

The network according to my router report has not been down and the base station is connected via Ethernet cable.

Hey @Hills. If the network is failing to stay connected even on Ethernet, you may need to adjust the ports and protocols on your network settings to allow the Ring device to stay connected.
