Network Connection Issue

Ring Pro has been working fine for 2 weeks. Now it will not connect to the "Ring Network" during recconnection attempts. No changes have been made to my network. Signal to Ring device has always been very strong as well as voltage. Pic is attached. Any suggestions?

    I'm having the same issue with the wired doorbell. I bought a new one...same issue...they replaced the new one with another....same issue. It has to be software related.
