Network Connection Issue

Ring Pro has been working fine for 2 weeks. Now it will not connect to the “Ring Network” during recconnection attempts. No changes have been made to my network. Signal to Ring device has always been very strong as well as voltage. Pic is attached. Any suggestions?

Hey @martents. Could you try resetting the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds and then attempting a new setup?
