I have the same issue. My first Ring doorbell we stable for 6 years. About 4 months ago, I had network issues. They suggested me buying a new unit. Worked for 2 day and network issues. They replaced my model and network issues with the 3rd unit. Wifi is strong to doorbell, both floodlights are much further and never drop. Power is 21.1 volts consistent. Not sure what else to do.
Hi @user64871. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? The model name will be on the original packaging, and on the Device Health page in the Ring app. In addition to knowing which model of Doorbell you have, it would also be useful to know what type of network issues you’re experiencing. Are you unable to complete the setup process, or does your Doorbell fall offline after completing setup?
