For a while now, if I tap an event to look at the comments, a number of things stop working. Videos do not play (just black screen with the play icon). If you do not go into a report (meaning just at the main screen), videos do play, but they cannot be made full screen.
And more often than not, when going into an event and trying to watch a video (which like I said won’t play), the app will quit.
Deleting and re-installing the app have no effect. It’s been like this for a while now (months).
Hi @strells. Rather than only uninstalling and reinstalling the Neighbors App, make sure you restart your phone after uninstalling it. This will clear out the cache, and then you’ll want to reinstall the Neighbors App after this. Additionally, make sure that your phone’s OS is fully updated as this can cause performance problems if it’s not. If that doesn’t do the trick for you, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
