Neighbors feed not working

For about a year now I have not been able to see the feed, my husband has low patience and deleted the app the day we couldn’t load it. We forgot about the app. We recently witness a robbery and we caught it on our dash cam and we wanted to share it on the neighborhood for who ever was the victim. And the app kept just not working. You open it and it just looks likes it’s going to o load and it never does. But when we swipe for like the settings/ menu it shows us that. Just not the feed or access to post. So my husband made another account and it lets him perfectly fine. The only thing is our ring app logs out when we log in to the other app. Customer service was no help

Hi @user55086. If your Neighbors feed is not loading, try the following steps:

  • Verify that your Neighbors app is up-to-date with the latest version.

  • Disable any active VPNs on your phone.

  • Download the Ring app and log into the same account you are logged into in the Neighbors app. Once logged in, go to Settings, select Address, and tap on Edit Address. Enter your address once more and save it. Force-close the Neighbors app and reopen to see if it now loads. If it does load, you can delete the Ring app.

  • Uninstall the Neighbors app and install it again.
