Need to replace Doorbell Pro

We have had to replace the transformer and probably have old wiring - what should we purchase so we do not have to drill new holes. We purchased 2016 doorbell pro.

 To eliminate this problem should we purchase a battery pack or solar.   We the unit will not get direct sunlight but will get sun.
