I got a ring bell but its from my old account and it wont let me add to my new account
Hi @user45303. A Ring device can only be set up under one Ring account at a time. If you still have access to your previous Ring account, you can either utilize that account to manage your Doorbell, or you can sign in and remove the Doorbell from that account. If you no longer have access to your original Ring account, you can find some information regarding how to change device ownership here.
