Need help

I have just been waiting for over 30 minutes on hold.
Am I able to get email support? All email and chat options seem to have been removed.

I have 2 Ring Pros. One has completely died and I want to find out what I can do about this.

I also need to move my support plan from the dead doorbell (front door) to the living one (front door 1)

Can anyone from Ring help here?
