Hi, please could someone help with the ring wired doorbell we have purchased. We are aware that we need to disable the chime but have no idea where to connect the small wire included with the doorbell. Help would be appreciated. I’ve attached a photo.
Hi @user28781. Determine the make and model of your chime to determine which two terminals are the front and trans terminals. Once you have that figured out, you can use this Help Center article for guidance on installing your Jumper Cable. If you need further assistance or are not comfortable doing your installation, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified electrician.
