Hi. Recently moved to a new home where this doorbell was pre installed. I’m interested in taking over this unit but running into snags. I know that I need to scan the QR code but not sure which spare kits pack to purchase.

Hi @user32441. It’s a bit difficult to tell which model of Doorbell you may have based on this picture. However, most of our Doorbells use a Torx T6 or T15 size screw for the security screws that secure the faceplate to the Doorbell. It depends on the model, as well as on when it was originally purchased as we have changed the screw size on some models after they were released. You may be able to get a screwdriver for this type of screw from your local hardware store in order to get the Doorbell unmounted so you can set it up.
