My keypad keeps dying and it’s the charging cable not the outlet
Hi @Cdots8. The charging cable for the Ring Keypad is a standard micro USB charger, similar to an Android charger, that you could use to charge the keypad. You can also contact our support team if you need a new charger. If you contact our support team, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
