My Video Pro doorbell is not working

I changed from phoneline DSL to Starlink satellite. Previously the video doorbell worked fine. Having trouble with connecting it to Starlink. When doing thru the setup steps, the doorbell’s circle ring does not light up. As a doorbell, the Video Pro works fine. Suggestions please on what to look for to troubleshoot…

Now I see a solid white ring. What’s the meaning?

Hi @bigdude366835. When connecting your Doorbell Pro to a new wifi network, you’ll need to put it into setup mode by pressing the setup button underneath the faceplate. If pressing the setup button does not put the Doorbell into setup mode, try holding down the setup button for 20 seconds to initiate a full reset. Then attempt to complete the setup process again. Should that not work, we have various troubleshooting steps for the setup process here.
