My two Ring Spotlight battery cameras will not connect to my Wifi, I keep getting a green light, these worked several months back, have not been able to get them to connect in a while, I also have the two other indoor cams and they work perfectly fine, need help.
Sorry to hear about this, @Lando452! If you are not already, try bringing the Spotlight Camera inside and near the router for the setup. If setup is only resulting in a green light indicator, please attempt a reset by hold the Camera setup button for 20 seconds.
It is certainly odd for two Cameras to not setup after two other models have. If this concern persists, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
