My stickup cam battery has lost internet connection/offline
My stickup cam battery has lost internet connection/offline. All other camera’s are working. Happened 2 hours ago! I get motion notifications and I can review video but I have no internet connection. This is the second issue within a week with the stickup cam battery!

Hi neighbors! I responded to a similar concern in this post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/offline-but-showing-movement/79016/3). The appropriate team is aware of some devices incorrectly reporting as offline, and they're working to resolve this concern as soon as they can.
