My spotlight cam plus stays in Battery mode even though it’s plugged in and at 100%. Even though it’s set for plugged in mode. It says settings affected by battery mode.
Now it shows to be charging with the connected solar panel and battery is at 89% but it will not come out of Battery Mode.

Make sure the power cable is firmly plugged into the Spotlight Cam Plus, then try a quick reboot from the Device Health page in the Ring app. If that doesn’t resolve this, I’d suggest fully resetting your Spotlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, perform a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
